Client Concierge

The Client Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the reception area at Lake Erie Arms. They handle various tasks including membership assistance, answering phone inquiries, and providing support during events. The Client Concierge ensures smooth transactions with customers, assists guests with membership inquiries, updates membership databases, and resolves any related issues. They also answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and address customer inquiries or complaints. During events, the associate helps with setup, registration, and attendee support. Overall, the Client Concierge is focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.  


Cafe Staff

Our CafΓ© Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the LEA CafΓ© by taking orders, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, handling food items, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment. The role involves using various equipment, ensuring product quality and consistency, and collaborating with team members.
