Class Details
This classroom only course is crucial for all ages. We do discuss sensitive topics so parents use discretion about younger children. We will cover topics on the who, what, where, and when about awareness. Techniques to perceive potential threats, how to help avoid dangers, what to expect if the threat is upon you. We are not teaching you to be paranoid, but a whole new level of awareness that will help you avoid danger. This is a great course for high school and college students as well as a great course to take before our unarmed self-defense course.
