Introducing Shelby Brossia | Director of Client Services

Join us in welcoming Shelby Brossia as our new Director of Client Services! Shelby will be overseeing memberships and special events at our new Indoor Shooting Complex.

With a diverse background in retail, tourism, hospitality, event management, and philanthropy, Shelby brings a wealth of experience that will undoubtably enhance the customer experience at Lake Erie Arms.

Her career journey, including roles at Bass Pro Shops, Stein Hospice, Lakeside Chautauqua, has equipped her with the skills to build relationships, execute exceptional events, and provide outstanding customer service.

Shelby's passion for the shooting sports industry and her love for sporting clays and trap shooting make her a perfect fit for our facility! She was introduced to shooting sports later in life, but quickly fell in love with not only the sport, but the community of people involved in the industry.

Throughout her shooting sports journey, Shelby has developed a passion for introducing women to the world of shooting, allowing them the opportunity to feel safe and comfortable around firearms and ultimately empowering them in a new way!
